Once again I find myself in the beautiful city of Charlotte for a few days in the office. This is beginning to become a habit.
Unfortunately, my hotel Uptown is sold out. There must be some Nascar event. But don't they know who I am? I'm an integral part of the banking community and they really should make room for me.
Instead, I'm stuck out by the airport. At least I was able to get Chinese food delivered. So it has not been a total loss.
It's 8 pm and I'm ready for bed. I've unpacked and ironed. I said I would work some tonight, but now I'm thinking maybe not.
Relaxation is more important.
