I saw "Water for Elephants" today and have to admit, I've never been so in love with an elephant in my life. It was actually a very good movie. Surprisingly, I liked Reese Witherspoon and Robert Pattinson, both of whom I've never been huge fans. Maybe I was just relieved to finally see beyond the pasty Edward Cullen vampire hair and makeup.
Of course the real star was the character Rosie, played by the lovable pachyderm Tai. I sense an Oscar in her future.
In other news, Rafa once again got the best of Roger Federer in tennis. This time the defeat came on Spanish soil in the Madrid semis. Tomorrow's final against the on-fire Novak should be good.
