Video of the Day

It's Hump Day, I'm feeling better, and it's starting to warm up.  In honor of all of this, I present the following video.  It makes me want to go out for a nice run, although I think I'll wait a week.

I've always loved this song, but I have no idea what's up with the light bondage and running featured in the vid. Oh, that reminds me, the latest season of "Survivor" starts tonight.
